 How to noise remove |
In order to enjoy Used record, we are using much technology.
The method and purpose change with everyone.
However, the general problem on Used record will surely be surface noise.
There are various kinds also in a noise.
Moreover, there is also a noise of the grade about which it will not care
if you are not nervous collector.
Although especially Audio/Hi Fi maniac collectors are sensitive to a noise,
However they do not learn the solution method of a trouble
like general Used record collector.
It is one solution that I am demonstrating here.
This is one of the result which from the old career of Top dealers,
and the great efforts of Top Collectors.

as the substitute. We are also using this.
In fact, this ventilation fan pack is superior to Nagaoka Record Pack in
all.

日本人の一部のトップコレクター達はナガオカのレコードパックの代用品として
換気扇パックを使用する事になりました。それはレコードディーラーからの
報告と実演によって普及したものです。実はこの換気扇パックは

First of all, let's wash Disc in pure water. And please wipe it and dry it.
This is applied toward trail off from disc trail on.
You have to do this at the good place of ventilation nature.
The Disc which I use for the experiment here is
Japanese Mega Rare Jazz LP Hideo Shiraki's Album.
先ずは真水を使って盤を洗いましょう。そしてそれを柔らかい布で拭きとって
乾かしてください。そして盤上に換気扇パックを塗布します。
Trail on (溝のない盤の周辺）から Trail Off （エンディングのラベル周囲の溝のない
部分）までが塗布する部分です。ラッカー系のパックですので換気のよい場所で
行ってください。私がここで実験に使用している盤はとてもレアな初期和ジャズ
白木秀雄の名盤です。これはノイズを除去して聴きたいですよね。 |

And it is fully dried and it is removed. It is the same as the theory
which makes these lacquer disc.
In Album, since area is large, much quantity is spent than Single record.
Moreover, Album spends long time until it gets dry.
Since environment and humidity also change with a country or
weathers, I do not declare time to dry.
パックが自然乾燥で充分に乾くまで待ちましょう。
これはラッカー盤を作成するのと同じ理論です。レコードの溝に刻まれた
凹凸に応じてパックはそこに付着した塵や埃を取り除きます。
これによってサウンドの輪郭はよりくっきりと明確になり音質はダイナミックに
向上します。アルバムの場合、塗布する面積が大きく、シングルレコードよりも
多くの量と乾かす時間を費やします。国によって、さらに地域によってその環境や
湿度が天候に左右されるので私は乾かす時間を明記できません。 |

You can remove the pack when it fully gets dry.
The dust and dirt which were sticking to the bottom of the slot
on the Disc at this time are removed.
It seems that Lacquer disc is made.
The oil film on disc is wiped off in alcohol after that.
A sound becomes still clearer by this. this is the very easy
and safe noise removal method. Japanese top collectors have solved
such problem. All that matters is disc which was using disc cleaner
of the spray or mousse which was in fashion in the late 70s to
early 80s, When those who use this had not fully washed disc
in pure water, disc started the chemical reaction and made noise.
Since it is dissolving in vinyl chloride, this cannot perform noise removal.
完全にパックが乾いたら、それを盤から剥がし取ってください。
生乾きの場合でも心配ありません。残った部分が乾くのを待って剥がしても
大丈夫です。何故ならパックは塩化ヴィニールに融合しません。
パックを剥がし取る時に盤の溝についていた塵や埃は除去されます。
一番下の画像の取り剥がしたパックに付着している汚れを見てください。
いくら綺麗に洗浄しても、溝にはこんなに汚れが付いているのです。
まるでラッカー盤を作っているようです。パックを盤から剥がした後にTrail On
と
Trail Offの油膜をアルコールで拭きとってください。これで洗浄だけで取れなかった
サーフェイスノイズは除去されてサウンドは更に向上されました。これはとても簡単で
安全なノイズ除去方法です。ディーラーとコレクターの努力の成果と言っても
良いでしょう。これによって我々はこの手のノイズ問題を解決しました。
注意すべき点は、レコードの以前の所有者が当時盤を洗浄することもなく闇雲に
７０年代後半から８０年代初期に流行したスプレーやムース状のレコードクリーナーを
使っていた場合、その盤はレコードクリーナーに入っていたケミカル粒子研磨剤が
塩化ヴィニールに化学反応を起こし研磨剤は盤に融合している事があります。
その場合は見た目に綺麗な盤でもノイズを持っており、そのノイズの除去は
不可能です。と言う事は、このノイズ除去方法は６０年代から７０年代初頭の
中古レコードのノイズ除去に最大の効果があると言う事です。 |
